Startup Sales 101: Converting Prospects into Paying Customers
I held my first sales seminar late last year in the bay area. The response was overwhelming and humbling for me. We had a great Q&A session throughout. They were all entrepreneurs needing help with sales. They came with questions, concerns, and scenarios; tailored to their individual businesses.
In the workshop, I shared insights on the sales process - based on my experiences, successes and failures as an enterprise sales reps who jump-started the sales of a Big Data startup in a relatively short period of time.
Besides discussing focused prospecting techniques like Sales PlayBooks, SCOTSMAN etc. I had gotten requests to go over some basic yet very important and pertinent questions from the audiences of the types mentioned here.
